Transitioning into Fall with Pink Coconut Boutique

September 24, 2018 Leave a Comment

Hey y’all. It’s been a minute since my last post. I can’t get over how fast this year is flying by. It seems like each day just runs into the next and here we are, almost to the end of September! I’ve been working on some upcoming projects so I haven’t had much time to post, but I’m working on it though – I promise! I swear blogging is like the gym – you fall off for one day and it’s hard to get back to it.

Last month, I shared one of my current fave online stores for fun and inexpensive pieces (check out my post all about SheIn if you missed it). So today I wanted to share another online boutique I found a while back that I absolutely adore. I started following Pink Coconut Boutique on Instagram a while ago and was instantly hooked. They have the cutest selection of women’s clothing – so many colorful, fun and trendy styles.I’m guilty of wearing far too much black, but there is no shortage of colorful pieces on their website. Pink Coconut Boutique has so many fun prints and stylish tops, bottoms, dresses and more. They also cater to both regular and curvier sizes (up to a 3XL and pant size up to 20) which I love.

I only purchased two tops for now. However, after such a good first experience, I will most definitely be shopping with them again! Their prices are pretty average ($20ish+) and they offer free shipping on orders over $50. You can also get discounts on your orders when you sign up for their email list.

In this first look, I’m wearing their taupe 3/4 sleeve tunic. I paired it with a pair of black flats and dark wash jeans (both from Old Navy). I love this outfit because it’s not only appropriate for work, but cute to wear out and about. The top is flowy/doesn’t fit too tight (I’m wearing a large) and  the material is so comfortable. And not to mention, I love the color – it’s such a good neutral tone.

The second top I purchased was this hot pink 3/4 sleeve tunic. It’s a little longer with a wider neckline and would be really cute with leggings and boots. I’m wearing a large here with jeans and my favorite brown zippered wedges from Michael Kors. I love that it’s a little looser, but still accentuates my curves.

Shipping was quick and both tops fit perfectly (there’s a size guide on their website if you’re unsure). The quality is great and they have quickly become a regular staple in my wardrobe. The tops I got are lightweight, but the ¾ sleeves have made them great transitional pieces from summer to fall. I’ve been wearing both for several months now (I should’ve posted them sooner, I know) and they’re both still holding up very well after wearing them regularly (no holes, loose stitching, etc.) I definitely recommend hanging their clothes to dry to maintain the brightness of the colors and to keep the fabric from getting that worn in look.

I didn’t see these exact tops available on their website, but they have a TON of other cute ones. Their Fall collection is out right now and I’m obsessed. They’ve got so many comfy sweaters, cute booties and cozy looks on their website right now. You’ll definitely want to check them out!

XOXO,

Ashley
